Welcome Carsten!

A strategy expert from the very beginning

Carsten studied Business Administration & Management at the University of Mannheim and later received his doctorate from the University of Mainz. He then started his career at McKinsey, where he spent nine years as a consultant with team management responsibilities. This was followed by positions as Head of Strategy at the Swedish financial services group SEB and for the private & business clients segment at Commerzbank. His career then took him to Creditshelf, a startup in the field of financing small and medium companies (SMEs).

Carsten has now joined Yatta to prepare our company, team and organization for the future. As for any growing company, smoothly running processes are key to fast-paced, sustainable growth. And we aspire to always stay ahead: By developing today the processes and tools for tomorrow's operational excellence, today, we ensure flawless execution at all times—from every team effort to the customer's user experience.

We have shown strong growth in recent years, and Carsten states: "This is just the beginning: Yatta Platform was launched just a year ago. And there's still a lot to come."

Carsten is married and has two children. He lives with his family near Frankfurt in Bad Soden.
